He has utilized technology and new donor data models to scale stewardship in order to increase donor lifetime value. He is an energetic speaker on fundraising, making the ask and utilizing new metrics to drive fundraising growth. He has earned the CASE Crystal Apple Award for speaking and teaching excellence, a recognition received by fewer than 1% of the 80,000+ CASE members.
